During registration, you will select a "with hotel" or "sharing hotel" package. If you are sharing a hotel room with another attendee, one of you should select "with hotel" and the other should select "sharing hotel." If you do not need a hotel room at all, please select a "sharing hotel" option. If you select "with hotel", then room and tax for three nights, checking in Thursday, November 17 and checking out Sunday, November 20, at the ARIA Resort Las Vegas will be included in your conference package. You will have the option to choose between a one-bed or two-bed guest room. We cannot guarantee either bed type, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Align Technology has negotiated a special rate at the ARIA Resort Las Vegas which includes run of resort rooms. If you would like to guarantee a specific room type or upgrade your room, there may be an additional charge and requests will be confirmed based on availability for the dates of your stay. If you select the “with hotel” package and would like to request additional nights or upgraded room type, please indicate so on your registration form. Please do not call the hotel directly. Our registration team will do its best to accommodate any special requests.
