When is the 2022 North America Kickoff?

The 2022 North America KO will take place Tuesday, January 18 – Thursday 20, 2022. Monday, January 17 and Friday, January 20 are travel days.

How do I get to The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center?

Attendees will be responsible for their own ground transportation to and from the hotel. Please utilize a taxi or ride-share service for transport between the hotel and airport. Rental cars are not an approved expense.

What if I would like to extend my time in the Dallas area? Can I extend my room reservation as well?

Based on availability, the hotel will honor the group negotiated rate of $199/night plus applicable taxes and fees for all individual reservations outside of program dates. Please indicate your desired hotel arrival and departure dates when you register for the event, and the events team will confirm availability. If available, all costs associated with your additional nights will be at your own expense. Please do not book your air travel until you have confirmed your extended hotel reservation.

What should I pack?

Align business casual is appropriate for all business meetings and most evening events. Jeans are acceptable. You may want to bring cocktail attire for the Awards Dinner on Thursday, January 20. And don't forget your dancing shoes!

Will I have a roommate at the 2022 North America Kickoff?

There will be no room share requirements at the 2022 North Americas Kickoff.

We are excited to be back in person and host the 2022 Americas Sales Kickoff in Dallas, TX! To ensure a successful event, our priority is to bring our employees together in a way that minimizes risks and helps everyone feel confident about joining this special meeting.

To support this effort, Align is planning the following:

For U.S Attendees

  • In advance of the event, Align will send rapid Covid-19 self-test kits to all US attendees. Attendees must complete this test within 24 hours of scheduled arrival time to ensure negative results.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, all attendees will be required to take a second Covid-19 test and must have a negative result to receive your event badge.
  • Tests will be available throughout the event should you feel unwell or choose to take an additional test.
  • Consistent with local government guidelines masks are strongly encouraged in all meetings, but not required. Masks will be available on-site. For additional information, please contact your HR Business Partner.

Non-U.S Attendees

  • Please follow local government guidance for international travel. This varies by country.
  • Air travelers to the United States are required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding.
  • Starting on December 6, air travelers, regardless of nationality or vaccination status, are required to show documentation of a negative viral COVID-19 test result taken within one day of the flight’s departure to the United States before boarding.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, attendees will be required to take a second Covid-19 test and must have a negative result to receive your event badge.
  • Tests will be available throughout the event should you feel unwell or choose to take an additional test.
  • Consistent with local government guidelines masks are strongly encouraged in all meetings, but not required. Masks will be available on-site.
