Dr. Marta Baird runs a vibrant boutique orthodontic practice in Pleasanton, CA where she relentlessly pilots new workflows and clear aligner techniques. Beyond her private practice, she energizes students in the ways of clear aligners as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. As the Course Director for ‘Clear Aligner Treatment’ and ‘Principles of Orthodontics,’ she brings enthusiasm and clinical evidence to her lessons. Her mission is to craft systems that deliver stunning results with consistency and efficiency.

Dr. Regina Blevins attended the University of Michigan, where she received her degree in dentistry. Her love and appreciation for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her MS and certificate in orthodontics. In addition to her ongoing education to provide the best care in the most efficient manner, Dr. Blevins strives to be at the top of technology and uses the most advanced products and procedures available. She is a Top 1% Invisalign^® provider. Dr. Blevins is also passionate about giving back to the community and supports after-school programs for underprivileged children, as well as Smiles Change Lives, an organization that serves families for whom braces pose a financial hardship. She is a busy, working mother of four wonderful children and knows the challenges families face in pursing orthodontic care.

Dr. David R. Boschken was certified as an Invisalign^® provider in 1999, during his residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and has been treating Invisalign patients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2000. Dr. Boschken was one of two original speakers for Align starting in 2000. Dr. Boschken later co-founded ClinReview, a treatment planning company geared toward assisting general dentists and orthodontists with Invisalign treatment planning. He has developed one of the largest Invisalign study clubs and provides assistance to dentists nationwide. Dr. Boschken is Align's longest-tenured faculty member and Invisalign lecturer for more than 24 years, and has trained thousands of dentists and orthodontists throughout North and South America, Europe, and APAC. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in biochemistry and anthropology. He received his dental degree and orthodontic training from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and spent a year in England for a hospital residency at Guy’s and St. Thomas Hospital. He has two private practices in Los Altos and San Jose, CA.

Dr. Barry Glaser earned his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his orthodontic training at Boston University. Dr. Glaser has a thriving orthodontic practice in Westchester, New York, where he has been shaping confident smiles for over 30 years. With more than 400 lectures and seminars across five continents, Dr. Glaser is also a respected author. As a Sapphire provider and a dedicated Align faculty member for over 15 years, he remains at the forefront of clear aligner innovation.

Dr. Shiva Khatami is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the Angle Society of Orthodontics. She received her certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from the University of Rochester, NY, and her PhD in craniofacial biology from the University of British Columbia. After completing her PhD program, Dr. Khatami moved to Fort Lauderdale and joined the Department of Orthodontics at Nova Southeastern University to serve as an associate professor. Upon leaving her university position and opening her private practice, ART Orthodontics, Dr. Khatami continued her teaching activities by establishing the Advanced Restorative Treatment (ART) study club, mentoring dentists and dental specialists. Dr. Khatami joined Align as a faculty member to develop and deliver educational programs.

Dr. Samuel Lee graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and worked as a general practitioner. He then went on to complete his orthodontic residency and Masters in Oral Biology at the University of Southern California’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. Upon graduation of his orthodontic residency program, Dr. Lee went on to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a North American faculty member Advisory Board member for Align. He was a clinical assistant professor in the Graduate Orthodontic Department at USC’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, with an emphasis on clear aligner certification and education for the orthodontic residents. Currently, he is a Blue Diamond Invisalign^® provider, while also maintaining two private practices with his partner, Dr. Trang Nguyen.

Dr. Mazyar Moshiri Is a lead educator for Class II and deep bite solutions for Align. As an assistant clinical professor at the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education, Dr. Moshiri lectures and provides clinical oversight on Invisalign^® treatment. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics, and Fellow of the American and International College of Dentists.

Nicole Pruitt is currently the director of operations for Boschken Orthodontics located in Northern California. In 2011, she began working for Dr. David Boschken as a treatment coordinator. Nicole's significant contributions have brought the practice to 98% new patient starts with Invisalign treatment. Nicole brings the same enthusiastic and personal approach to the new patient consultation as she does when she is speaking to a crowd.
