Dr. Brian Amy has been providing Invisalign^® treatment since being certified in 2000 during his residency at Temple University in Philadelphia. A Sapphire provider, he has taken a special interest in the efficiencies of Invisalign treatment for patients and doctors, and enjoys using this technology to successfully treat virtually any type of case. He has an appreciation for patient motivation and cooperation, and the vital role they play in successful orthodontic treatment. As a member of the Align faculty since 2015, he has lectured nationally and internationally to share advances on Invisalign First™ treatment, teen treatment, surgical cases, iTero™ scanner incorporation, ClinCheck^® treatment planning efficiencies, and the digital practice.

Dr. Marta Baird runs a vibrant boutique orthodontic practice in Pleasanton, CA where she relentlessly pilots new workflows and clear aligner techniques. Beyond her private practice, she energizes students in the ways of clear aligners as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. As the Course Director for ‘Clear Aligner Treatment’ and ‘Principles of Orthodontics,’ she brings enthusiasm and clinical evidence to her lessons. Her mission is to craft systems that deliver stunning results with consistency and efficiency.

Dr. Sean Holliday earned his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his orthodontic certification and MS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Holliday is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a published author, a public lecturer, and an active member of many leading dental organizations. He has been teaching colleagues on the Invisalign^® System since 2008 and teaches regularly on practice development, clinical techniques, digital workflow, and the latest advancements in clear aligner therapy. Dr. Holliday is an Align faculty member and a Sapphire tier provider. He is the lead educator at orthomasterclass.com and co-founded the Orthocosmos group. Dr. Holliday leads and operates four orthodontic offices and practices full-time on the island of Oahu.

Dr. Bart Iwasiuk has been using Invisalign^® treatment since his residency training and in private practice since 2002. He received his DDS from the University of Toronto and his certification in orthodontics from the University of Rochester. His interest in multidisciplinary dentistry stems from spending two years at the University of Washington and being influenced by the Seattle Study Club. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester, as well as a personal instructor on YourOrthoCoach.com. He is an international keynote speaker and a key opinion leader for Align. With advancements of aligner products aimed at growing patients, he is also a member of the Global Growing Patient Speaker Group and the North American Mandibular Advancement Clinical Expert panel. He is a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider practicing in the Greater Toronto area.

Dr. Farah Kar is one of the top Invisalign^® providers in the Southeast and has won multiple awards for her excellence in orthodontics and customer service. She attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where she earned her DDS degree and graduated with honors. During her time at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kar founded the Women’s Dental Association and served as class president. After completing dental school, Dr. Kar continued her training by specializing in craniofacial orthodontics. During her residency, she earned her second MS degree and certificate of orthodontics. She is a proud member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Give Kids a Smile, and The Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Dr. Kar is passionate about new technologies and techniques in orthodontics that allow treatment times to be shorter and more comfortable for patients.

Dr. Samuel Lee graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and worked as a general practitioner. He then went on to complete his orthodontic residency and Masters in Oral Biology at the University of Southern California’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. Upon graduation of his orthodontic residency program, Dr. Lee went on to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a North American faculty member Advisory Board member for Align. He was a clinical assistant professor in the Graduate Orthodontic Department at USC’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, with an emphasis on clear aligner certification and education for the orthodontic residents. Currently, he is a Blue Diamond Invisalign^® provider, while also maintaining two private practices with his partner, Dr. Trang Nguyen.

Dr. Alyssa Ricci graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with her BS Degree. She earned her DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated first in her class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. As a board-certified orthodontist with commitment to excellence, Dr. Ricci loves to share her knowledge, expertise, and passion for creating beautiful smiles by offering each of her patients an experience like no other. Dr. Ricci started her boutique, concierge-like private practice in Miami, FL, in order to elevate the standard of care in the community.

Petra Putnam has dedicated over 20 years to orthodontics. She is currently the treatment coordinator for the most successful private practice in treating with Invisalign First™ in Texas. Her vast experience comes from clinical assisting, marketing, office management, and sales. Petra’s passion is education: educating patients, parents, and orthodontic teams everywhere. Her favorite subject is Phase 1 treatment using the highest level of advanced digital technology with Invisalign First treatment and the Invisalign^® Palatal Expander System.
