Your attendance means you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, by Align Technology, Inc. and its affiliates and representations (“Align”). This includes, but is not limited to, news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media. You release Align, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, video and/or or sound recordings.

You hereby waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the recorded media, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
