Registration

What do I need to have ready before starting the registration process?

  • ClinID and Username
  • Practice billing address
  • Mailing address (if different from billing address)
  • Names and emails of people attending, including guests and team members

  • Credit card for registration fees

How do I find my ClinID and Username?

  • Log into your Invisalign Practice App
  • Click on the hamburger button (drop-down menu) in the top left corner
  • Locate your ClinID and Username next to your profile icon.

What is included in the registration fees?

  • Hotel for the nights of Thursday, October 31; Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2, 2024 (if "with hotel" package selected)
  • Thursday Welcome Reception
  • All General Sessions
  • All Friday and Saturday Breakout Sessions
  • Innovation Hub interactive sessions and demos
  • Saturday night Gala
  • 11 Continuing Education hours
  • Program and lecture materials
  • Conference meals (breakfasts, lunches, reception Thursday, and Gala Saturday)

What is the difference between the registration packages that include hotel rooms and the ones that don't?

Both packages include the same educational sessions, meals, and receptions. The only difference is that the packages "with hotel" include a single or double occupancy room at the Mandalay Bay Las Vegas for the nights of Thursday, October 31; Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2, 2024.

If two attendees would like to share a room together, would they both select "doctor sharing hotel"?

One doctor must register with a hotel and the other attendee must register without hotel. To further explain, there will only be as many hotel rooms reserved based on the number of attendees who register with a hotel. For example, if there are 4 total registrants and this group wants 3 hotel rooms (1 for doc, 1 for one team member and 1 for two team members), 3 people will need to register with a hotel and one person registers without a hotel.

Is there a guest or spouse program?

There is not a program for spouses or guests; however, personal guests may attend evening receptions/networking events by purchasing an evening-event only registration pass for $499. The evening event pass includes the Thursday Welcome Reception and the Saturday Gala Dinner only and does not include attendance at any other meals or any of the educational sessions. If you plan to attend any sessions, you must register as an attendee.

How do I pay for the conference?

Your credit card will be charged in full when you complete your registration. To avoid any delay in your registration, we recommend you notify your credit card company of an upcoming, potentially large, online purchase if you are registering a large group.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to summitsupport@aligntech.com with the reason for cancellation.
  • A full refund less processing fee of $250 will be granted for cancellation requests received on, or by August 31st.
  • A partial refund (50%) will be granted for cancellation requests received on, or by September 30th.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after September 30th will be subject to review by event organizers, and any refunds granted will be at their sole discretion, with a maximum refund of 50% and a minimum refund of zero.
  • No refunds will be granted for any cancellation requests after October 31st.
  • Confirmation of cancellation and refund details will be communicated to the email address provided by the participant at the time of booking.
  • You may transfer your registration to another doctor or team member in your practice with no penalties

Can I make a name change?

No transfer may be made to anyone outside of your practice. However, you may transfer your registration to another doctor or team member in your practice with no penalties. All transfer requests must be emailed to summitsupport@aligntech.com with the new name, email, role in office.

Discount

Are there one-day passes available?

One-day passes are not available at Ortho Summit.

What discounts are available to doctors?

  1. Early Bird registration: Early Bird registration offers a $300 discount on doctor and team purchases from July 15 – August 23, 2024. Early bird discounts are automatically applied during this period.
  2. Alumni discount (repeat doctor attendee): Doctors who attended in 2022 are eligible to receive a $250 discount on doctor registration. To receive the discount, doctors must input their ClinID in the “discount code” field during checkout.
    • The doctor’s staff are not allowed to use the doctor's Alumni discount even if the doctor cannot attend as discounts are non-transferrable.

Can the Early Bird discount and Ortho Alumni (repeat doctor attendee) discount be used together?

Yes, these discount offers can be used together. The repeat attendee discount ($250) will be available to doctors throughout the entire registration period. Early Bird pricing ends on August 23, 2024.

Is a coupon code needed to receive the Ortho Alumni discount?

The doctor will use their ClinID as their discount coupon code for the repeat doctor discount.

Hotel

What nights are included in the hotel package?

Thursday, October 31; Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2, 2024.

What if members of my group would like to share a hotel room?

You may share a hotel room by purchasing one registration with hotel and one registration without hotel to share a room. We suggest that one person in your office take responsibility for managing all attendees’ roommate pairings to avoid confusion.

Important Note: If more than two attendees are sharing a hotel room, the Mandalay Bay Hotel Las Vegas may charge your credit card a $50 fee for each additional person, per night, with a maximum of 4 guests per room. You will be responsible for this charge at checkout on site at the hotel.

What if I need additional hotel room nights before or after Summit?

We can help you book extra nights before or after the Summit. Submit your requests during online registration or contact us. If you request additional nights, you will be responsible for any charges associated with these nights, including cancellation penalties in accordance with hotel policy. These nights will be requested on your behalf and confirmed by October 18, 2024. Please contact us at summitsupport@aligntech.com and cancel additional room nights prior to September 30, 2024, or you will be charged in full for these nights. If you are unsure about your travel plans, we recommend waiting to book your hotel extension(s).

If registrations have already been purchased, changes can be made by the doctor, or they can email summitsupport@aligntech.com.

What if I want to upgrade my room?

We can help you upgrade your room, based on hotel availability. Submit your request during online registration in the Special Request box on the hotel page. We will negotiate the rates for you and contact you prior to confirming the upgrade for your approval. Rates change often and the earlier you request, the lower the pricing. New this year, there is an upgrade option by selecting the Delano Suite room which is available for the nights of October 31, November 1, and 2nd for an additional $50 per night payable during registration. This suite has a separate living room and powder room. If it does not show during registration, it is most likely already sold out as there is limited availability.

Program/Event

Can my guest attend any lectures?

No. Only registered doctors and staff attendees may attend lectures.

Can children under 21 attend Summit evening events?

No, unfortunately children under 21 will not be allowed to attend evening events at Ortho Summit – this is to ensure compliance with Las Vegas laws. Photo ID will be requested at all functions.

Do I need a photo ID?

Yes. A state issued photo ID or passport is required for every registered attendee when you pick up your name badge – this includes guest attendees.

Do I need a name badge?

Yes. A name badge is required at all Invisalign Ortho Summit functions.

What is the recommended attire for Invisalign Ortho Summit?

Meeting attire is business casual.

Do I dress up for the gala?

Yes. Cocktail or business attire is encouraged. Look for additional details as the event gets closer for theme and attire suggestions.

Will I receive CE Credits?

Attendees will receive 11 CE Hours.
