Dr. Anolik is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a past president of the Southern Maryland Dental Society, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and organized dentistry. A graduate of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Anolik completed a hospital-based residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, gaining advanced clinical skills and trauma experience. Outside the office, Dr. Anolik enjoys time with his wife Rachel and their three boys—whether adventuring on weekends, scuba diving, or enjoying Italian food (her pick, of course)—while cheering on the Ravens, Orioles, and Rangers.

Fueled by a passion for orthodontics and lifelong learning, Dr. Sadaf Fazel trains with global experts and empowers dental teams to bridge the gap between ortho and restorative care through bold, modern, and ethical treatment planning. A 2016 graduate of the University of British Columbia Dental School, she has completed over 1,500 hours of continuing education with renowned mentors. Since 2023, she has proudly held the distinction of being the youngest female Diamond Provider with Invisalign. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sadaf Fazel enjoys spending time with her husband, playing piano, hiking, and staying active at the gym.

Dr. Steven Glassman is a trailblazer in cosmetic and implant dentistry, recognized as a pioneer in iTero scanning and the first U.S. user of the groundbreaking iTero 5D—earning national acclaim and a featured role on Lifetime’s SMILE makeover series. A graduate of Brandeis University and Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, he practices in New York City with his wife, Dr. Debra Glassman, where they deliver transformative smile makeovers using advanced technology and artistic expertise. Outside the clinic, Dr. Glassman can be found playing tennis, skiiing, and spending time with his 4 grandchildren.

Dr. Andrew L. Reingold, DMD is Senior Faculty and Director of Digital Dentistry for The Dawson Academy, creator of its renowned “Dawson Invisalign Workshop,” and founder of Everlasting Smile, a thriving fee-forservice practice in the heart of Manhattan. A graduate with high honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and former chief resident at Mount Sinai’s GPR program, he has advanced his expertise through training with the AACD, AACA, Kois Center, Spear Education, and Dawson Academy. Outside the clinic, I enjoy time with my wife and 4-year-old son and have become a true Bluey expert. I'm a foodie who loves live music and sci-fi, especially Star Wars and Star Trek. I also enjoy great stand-up comedy —especially living in the Seinfeld part of Manhattan, where the show feels surprisingly true to life.
