Dr. Anolik is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a past president of the Southern Maryland Dental Society, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and organized dentistry. A graduate of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Anolik completed a hospital-based residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, gaining advanced clinical skills and trauma experience. Outside the office, Dr. Anolik enjoys time with his wife Rachel and their three boys—whether adventuring on weekends, scuba diving, or enjoying Italian food (her pick, of course)—while cheering on the Ravens, Orioles, and Rangers.

Dr. Joshua Austin is a highly accomplished dentist, published author, and national speaker, renowned for his expertise in restorative dentistry as well as his advocacy for the transformative power of iTero intraoral scanners in dental practices. He earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School. Outside the office, he enjoys mentoring fellow dentists and engaging with his patients, while also spending time on his passion for photography and sharing his knowledge through his popular column and e-newsletter in Dental Economics.

Dr. Jennifer Bell is a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), a Kois Continuum graduate, and an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). A proud Tar Heel, she earned both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside the clinic, she co-hosts the Dentists IN the Know podcast and enjoys skiing, staying active, and spending time with her husband and three children.

As Director of Clinical Education and Research at Glidewell Labs for 15 years, he led the clinical team that brought BruxZir Solid Zirconia to market. As Director of Clinical Affairs at Sirona and Director of Dentsply Sirona World, he played a key role in shaping the future of dental education. As a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, he is known for his commitment to excellence in clinical education, and has delivered over 4,000 lectures worldwide. Outside of his practice Dr. DiTolla enjoys fly fishing, triathlons, live comedy and music.

Fueled by a passion for orthodontics and lifelong learning, Dr. Sadaf Fazel trains with global experts and empowers dental teams to bridge the gap between ortho and restorative care through bold, modern, and ethical treatment planning. A 2016 graduate of the University of British Columbia Dental School, she has completed over 1,500 hours of continuing education with renowned mentors. Since 2023, she has proudly held the distinction of being the youngest female Diamond Provider with Invisalign. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sadaf Fazel enjoys spending time with her husband, playing piano, hiking, and staying active at the gym.

Dr. Steven Glassman is a trailblazer in cosmetic and implant dentistry, recognized as a pioneer in iTero scanning and the first U.S. user of the groundbreaking iTero 5D—earning national acclaim and a featured role on Lifetime’s SMILE makeover series. A graduate of Brandeis University and Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, he practices in New York City with his wife, Dr. Debra Glassman, where they deliver transformative smile makeovers using advanced technology and artistic expertise. Outside the clinic, Dr. Glassman can be found playing tennis, skiiing, and spending time with his 4 grandchildren.

Dr. Matt is an Invisalign expert—serving as Align Technology faculty and consultant—who trains over 4,000 doctors annually, founded DNTL LIFE and The Airway Dentists, and delivers 100+ presentations each year. He earned dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry while setting pitching records as a standout student-athlete at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, then went on to receive his DDS from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Outside the clinic and lecture circuit, Dr. Hicks enjoys Astros games, exploring Houston’s hidden food spots, and relaxing at home with his wife Cydni, their beagle Tito, and cat Juju.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and a valued member of the Align GP Advisory Board, Dr. Andrea Ho-Fatt is a leading voice in modern orthodontics, committed to advancing patient-centered, airway-conscious care. She brings a strong academic foundation to her work, with a biochemistry degree from McMaster University and a dental degree from the University of Western Ontario. Outside the office, Dr. Ho-Fatt enjoys hiking, staying active, and spending time with her husband, three kids, and their Bernedoodle, Maggie.

Dr. Bari Posner is a seasoned general dentist and proud owner of Dental Associates of Hoboken, recognized as a Platinum Plus Invisalign Provider with a passion for innovation, precision, and personalized patient care. She earned her dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine—where she was selected for the elite CODE program—and continues to advance her expertise through national continuing education, ensuring her practice stays at the forefront of modern dentistry. When not caring for patients or educating to fellow clinicians, Dr. Bari enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and their dog Maverick—often adventuring outdoors, cheering on their favorite teams, or playfully debating who gets the last slice of pizza.

Dr. Lovedeep Randhawa is a powerhouse in digital dentistry—an Align Technology Key Opinion Leader, Provincial Leader for Women in Digital Dentistry, and a passionate mentor in the UBC Dental Mentorship Program. After graduating top of her class from Manipal College and earning her DDS from UBC in 2004, Dr. Randhawa went on to build two cutting-edge practices and is currently pursuing her AGD Fellowship. Off the clock, she’s a vibrant speaker, five-time RBC Women Entrepreneur Award nominee, and dedicated mom of two, committed to giving back through philanthropy and community health initiatives.

Dr. Andrew L. Reingold, DMD is Senior Faculty and Director of Digital Dentistry for The Dawson Academy, creator of its renowned “Dawson Invisalign Workshop,” and founder of Everlasting Smile, a thriving fee-forservice practice in the heart of Manhattan. A graduate with high honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and former chief resident at Mount Sinai’s GPR program, he has advanced his expertise through training with the AACD, AACA, Kois Center, Spear Education, and Dawson Academy. Outside the clinic, I enjoy time with my wife and 4-year-old son and have become a true Bluey expert. I'm a foodie who loves live music and sci-fi, especially Star Wars and Star Trek. I also enjoy great stand-up comedy —especially living in the Seinfeld part of Manhattan, where the show feels surprisingly true to life.

Stéphane Reinhardt, DMD, is the driving force behind one of the world’s most impactful clear aligner education movements: The CLEAR Institute. He is the creator of the M.O.C.A.™ (Master of Clear Aligners) learning path and ClearCheck H.E.R.O., a High-level Expert Review service that transforms treatment planning into a masterclass. A graduate of the University of Montréal in 1992, he started his general practice in Brossard, Quebec, where he began honing his expertise in orthodontics. Outside the clinic, Dr. Reinhardt enjoys developing content for his YouTube channel The CLEAR Institute, traveling, and enjoying life with his three children.

Dr. Paresh Shah is a Winnipeg-based dentist with a private practice focused on implants, aesthetics, and interdisciplinary care; he is also the founder and co-director of Two Rivers Dental Study Club and a global lecturer with over 400 presentations to his name. He holds a Master’s in Physiology, a DDS from the University of Manitoba, and advanced credentials from the Misch Implant Institute, the Kois Center, and the University at Buffalo in esthetic dentistry. Outside the clinic, Dr. Shah enjoys global travel, culinary adventures, and Broadway shows with his family— especially his daughter Serena, a periodontist in New York.

Dr. Karla Soto is a global leader in digital dentistry, recognized for her expertise in facially generated comprehensive treatment planning and patient connections, with presentations across Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, and North America. A graduate of the University of Maryland (BCDS) for her DDS and the Baltimore VA for her GPR, she distinguished herself early on through clinical excellence, global dental outreach, and leadership. Outside the office, she co-founded Smile Again, a nonprofit offering smile makeovers to domestic violence survivors, and Key Elements, a digital dentistry education platform

Dr. Poirier graduated from the University of Montreal in 1996 with a DMD and obtained a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the same university. For the last 20 years, he has developed a significant amount of knowledge in orthodontics by treating more than 2,500 patients with the help of myofunctional appliances and braces. Since 2003, Dr. Poirier has provided Invisalign treatment to his patients. With more than 4000 Invisalign^® cases, he joins our Elevate Speaker Team as one of the few general dentists who has claimed the title of Top 1% provider. He has been an Align Technology, Inc. Faculty Member since 2015. Learning from the best orthodontic speakers in the world has given him the passion for sharing his knowledge with others. He has lectured in French and English to doctors in Europe, the United States, and Canada. When not teaching, Dr. Poirier runs a flourishing practice of five dentists and 20 staff members on the south shore of Montreal.

Dr. Bret Jacobson has been practicing dentistry at his hometown practice in Federal Way, Washington, since 1998. Dr. Jacobson has been treating patients with the Invisalign system since 2012 and has been a clinical beta tester for the iTero^® digital impression system since 2005. He has published several articles and lectured both nationally and internationally on digital scanning technology and Invisalign. Dr. Jacobson is part of the North America and Global teaching faculty at Align Technology. He graduated with a B.A. in biology and a minor in chemistry from Western Washington University and earned his dental degree from Northwestern Dental School. He is alumni of, and a mentor for the Pankey Institute in Florida, and alumni of the Kois Center in Seattle. Dr. Jacobson is also a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Steven Liao is a practicing general dentist, educator, and speaker with a focus on digital, cosmetic, and Invisalign dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UMDNJ – New Jersey Dental School and completed two years of residency at Mountainside Hospital and Jacobi Medical Center.

Dr. Liao serves as Clinical Assistant Faculty at the Mountainside Hospital Dental Department, where he mentors residents as they transition from residency to private practice. He is an Align Tech North America and Global Faculty Member, and served on the Align Tech GP Advisory Board (2023–2024).

He has been a featured speaker for the Invisalign GP Summit, the Ontario Dental Association Annual Spring Meeting, Greater New York Dental Meeting and numerous study club through our the country where he presented on efficiency and integrating Invisalign into the modern dental practice. Dr. Liao is also a past Key Opinion Leader and Study Club Chair for the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA) New Jersey Chapter.

Since 2014, Dr. Liao has completed over 1,300 Invisalign cases and continues to help general dentists elevate their practices through comprehensive, efficient, and patient-centered digital workflows.

Dr. J.L. is a second-generation dentist practicing in Greenville, SC. After graduating from MUSC in Charleston, SC, he served in the U.S. Navy for six years as a general dentist and still serves as an Active Reservist.

He now owns an eight operatory practice working alongside his father, whose practice he purchased in 2021. Dr. J.L.’s practice has taken a heavy focus on Invisalign since he encountered Molis Coaching and went from Silver to Diamond in less than two years. Dr. J.L. is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve on Molis Coaching faculty. He loves all things Invisalign, Digital Dentistry, and CADCAM. Dr. JL started using CADCAM in school studying under Dr. Wally Renne, and for the last 14 years has utilized the technology for in-office same-day restorations, implant restorations, smile designs and full mouth rehabilitations.
